WELCOME TO JUERGENS ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL

We are located in Carroll, Iowa and have been very successful with our dust and odor mitigation systems throughout the United States. In Carroll we have the systems installed in two 3300 head sow farms and three finishing sites. We also have systems in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Illinois and Nebraska.

Gary Rapp the Inventor has been involved in the science and technology since 1999. Gary installed his first system in Smithsburg, Maryland and since then has made great strides and moved his family, technologies and inventions to Carroll, Iowa and partnered with the Juergens family.

All of our applications have been studied by universities and have been awarded for their premier excellence.

Strategic Plan Framework:
Juergens Environmental Control has created a strategic plan to implement its vision.
The framework of the plan depends on these key activities:

1. USDA Incentives Program – To aid in financing.
2. Attend Producer Needs.
3. Develop Distributor/Consumer Relationship
4. Expand Markets – Outside of swine.
5. Infrastructure.

We are implementing new technologies consistently to our farms as we strive to give our producers cutting edge innovations. Being producers ourselves proves our love for the industry. We have a team of scientists at Valparaiso University that works with our Research and Development team that supports our technologies before we use them on field applications. In 2009 we will have more technologies available to producers.

The one important thing that we stress to other producers is to come out and see one of our systems here in Iowa. We schedule private tours for producers because we follow a strict bio-security protocol. That is what we did before we installed our systems in Carroll, Iowa. We went out to Smithsburg, Maryland and visited the producer and Gary Rapp the Inventor. Seeing is Believing and I promote that we are not a fly by night operation selling a product, we are creating healthy lifestyles as pork producers and producing healthy farms for the agriculture industry.
